Whether it's your first time or you're already a seasoned pro – we guarantee: A day at the bike park is a memory for a lifetime! Here you get the opportunity to get the most out of yourself and your mountain bike, push new boundaries, refine your riding technique, and fuel up on adrenaline until you drop. You can also take it easy, enjoy the flow on a less challenging trail, and work your way up the difficulty level to the black descent. To let you know in which bike park you'll find exactly the thrill you've been missing this summer, we've asked around the editorial team and present you with the BMO team's favorite mountain bike locations.

There are now many bike parks in Germany that differ significantly in size, trail offerings, and technical riding demands. Here you will find a lot of practical information about our "Top 8 Bike Parks." We have the opening times, prices, and directions (also by bus and train!) for you, and you will also find the offer of rental mountain bikes and riding courses here.

A bike park is not just the perfect testing ground for your skills! Since many parks offer bike rentals, there is an opportunity for you to test different MTBs. Maybe you also want to try out what an eMTB can do? Electric mountain bikes can also be rented directly on-site in many bike parks!

Note on the opening times of the bike parks

Most of our bike parks are open from April to early November. However, you should definitely click on the park's homepage before visiting and check the exact opening times! Some of the bike parks close in bad weather, while others are open in all weather conditions. During the research for this article, for example, one bike park was only partially usable because the lift was undergoing its annual maintenance. Since events also take place in bike parks, it may be that on such days you can watch the professionals, but your own bike would have to stay in the trunk. Especially if you want to rent equipment, you should reserve it online in advance.
