Wexl Trails – Bikepark Fun (almost) without a lift
When people hear the word "Corona," many initially flinch, but when it comes to the Wexl Trails in St. Corona, there's no need to worry – it's all about leisure fun for bikers! The Wexl Trails prove that Austria's best bike parks don't always have to be set in spectacular alpine scenery and surrounded by many cable cars! At the Wexl Trails, all bikers get their money's worth, not just those who want to race downhill, because there's only one lift, so you'll definitely work up a sweat on the uphill climbs! Additionally, a day in the bike park is particularly affordable here, because where there are no cable cars, you don't have to pay for them! Nevertheless, the park offers plenty of variety for experienced mountain bikers, beginners, and the younger generation. E-bikers are also welcome here. There's a special feature for minis aged 3 and up: In the mini bike park, the magic carpet takes you up the mountain, and you can go downhill on several tracks with different challenges, which can even be tackled with a balance bike. Apart from that, you'll find the usual suspects here, like a downhill line, a "Bergab-Radweg" (German for downhill track?), single trails, a jump line, and so on... Additionally, there are panoramic routes with magnificent views and alpine pastures along the way and bike tours.
All information about the Wexl Trails:
- Opening hours: Open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM during the main season (from May to October); open from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays during the pre- and post-season; parts of the park may still be accessible until November 20, depending on the weather.
