Down-Country is all about: climbing fast, descending fast, and repeating. The Moventor 2.0 MIPS is almost perfectly suited for the demands of mountain bikers. The MTB helmet is lightweight, well-ventilated, and features a deeper fit that provides more protection at the back of the head. When the trail points downward, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets ensure good ventilation. In addition to the multitude of well-thought-out features for off-road use, the MIPS model has impact protection. This is intended to protect the brain, especially when the cyclist falls and hits their head at an angle. In such cases, the brain is exposed to strong rotational movements, which can lead to severe brain injuries. The MIPS includes a movable low-friction plastic shell integrated into the helmet, which ensures that the rotation is reduced and the head is better protected.
