Acepac Mini Bat Roll MK III Handlebar Bag - black

Years of proven pocket processing, now in a minimalist version.

We have used the lightweight and durable main material Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20). Inside the bag is a removable waterproof insert (coated Nylon RipStop - fabric, PU 5000 mm with welded seams), which guarantees the overweight contents of the bag stay dry.

The exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon reinforced. The reinforcement between the distance straps is made of HDPE - plate to achieve optimal weight.

The mounting straps made of polypropylene (100% recyclable) have a rough texture, so they do not slip in the clips. Compared to the larger version of the Bar Roll bag, the buckles and straps are chosen more discreetly in terms of the bag's volume, without, of course, negatively affecting their strength. The buckles are equipped with Camlok - closures to prevent the strap from slipping. Double-sided roll closure of the bag with Nifco - clips (-20 °C) for easy operation with gloves, by closing the clips at the entrance of the bag, it can be rolled up like a classic drybag.

Stressed seams are reinforced with the so-called  Bartack (Zigzag stitch) secured, all threads used are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.

At the bottom of the bag, we have attached a strap chain under the compression straps on the outside to have the option to transport additional equipment (e.g., tent poles). Additionally, a Bar Bag can be attached to the bag to increase the total usable volume on the handlebars.
