With the BBP-1.2, bottom brackets, bearing cups, and adapters can be quickly and precisely installed into press-fit bottom bracket shells. The complete set of precision-machined bushings corresponds to the most common bottom bracket shell dimensions. The press assembly features a comfortable handle, an oversized shaft, and a magnetic backplate for quick and easy assembly.

NOTE: The BBP-1.2 is included in the BBP-2, which also contains tools for bottom bracket extraction. The extraction tools are also available separately (for those who already own the BBP-1.2) as part # BBP-AOS (requires BBP-1.2).

NOTE: Bottom brackets for 30 mm spindles use 2292-2 drift. It is important to first install all other drifts from the BBP-1.2 against the handle assembly before using the 2292-2 drift (see image gallery). This additional drift prevents the smaller side (DUB®, 28.99 mm) of the 2292-2 drift from coming into contact with the handle press plate and being pushed into the handle.
