Cane Creek's Thudbuster is the most effective and versatile suspension seat post on the market. The parallelogram technology offers a clear advantage in terms of comfort, control, and traction without affecting the applied power. The Thudbuster technology works along the path of the natural movements of the rear wheel. When a bump shakes the rear wheel, the bike pushes upwards towards the rider. The Thudbuster responds by springing in the opposite direction and compressing it backwards. By perfectly tuning the elastomer to the body weight, the net movement of the saddle is equal to 0.
The elastomer is available individually as an accessory and spare part and can be perfectly adjusted to the rider's preferences.
