Full Power

The power comes from a specially tuned version of the Shimano EP801 drive – the lightest motor with the power we were looking for. With 85 Nm of torque and over 600 watts of maximum power, it delivers a big boost at a low weight.

We have developed custom ride modes specifically for the Moterra SL, perfectly tuned for the high-speed rides this bike invites. Four different boost levels, easily adjustable on the go, let you choose between maximum range, enormous power, or an ideal mix of both. Whether mild or wild, your ride will be exactly how you want it.

Heavenly Handling

At first glance, it looks a bit crazy – an adjustable steering angle flat enough for a downhill bike, the long reach and steep seat angle of a modern trail bike, plus a size-specific suspension and geometry – but when it all comes together, it just rides incredibly.

Animated Suspension

Our robust FlexPivot stays are more than just weight savings, they also form the heart of our suspension design. As a Horst-Link pivot, it enables a true four-bar system, allowing our engineers to dial in the perfect suspension response for every input. The result? Incredible traction, confident braking, and a playful ride that leaves you wanting more.

Shimano's premium e-MTB system: lightweight, reliable, and powerful. 85 Nm of torque and 600 watts of maximum power, delivered through specially developed ride modes for maximum riding fun.

Custom 601Wh Battery

Thanks to special cells that store more power per kilogram than ever before, we have developed a compact battery that stores 601 watt-hours in just 3.1 kg (including wiring harness). Maximum power, minimal weight.

Specially developed support modes for the perfect ride: ECO – maximum range for all-day outings. TRAIL – medium power, ideal for rides with friends on light e-bikes. BOOST – enhances support for rides with full-fledged e-bikes. And TURBO – full power, anytime. Shape your ride as you wish.

With our Proportional Response design, everything from the suspension setup to the geometry – even the length of the chainstays – is fully tailored to the size of the bike. Performance, built specifically for you.

Customizable Setup

With the Flip Chip, you can keep the Moterra Neo SL as a “Mullet” bike (with a 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel for agility and playfulness) or switch to 29-inch wheels at both ends for maximum traction and rolling performance.

FlexPivot

These carbon flex points are something we developed years ago, and they are like a cheat code in frame construction. They reduce weight, eliminate maintenance, and allow us to use a sophisticated four-link suspension system, which increases your traction and control on the trail.

Clean Cable Routing

For models 1 and 2, you can route internal cables directly through the head tube to keep everything clean and protected from damage, or through frame ports for easy maintenance and handling.

Adjustable Settings

Adjustable headset caps offer you a range of adjustment of 1.2 degrees at the front angle. Set it flatter for more stability at high speeds, or steeper if you want more agility in technical terrain.

Impact Protection

Like a helmet for your motor, an integrated bash guard protects it from hard knocks on the trail. You might not need it often, but when you do, you'll be glad it's there.
