The Checkpoint SL 5 is a carbon gravel bike for epic adventures. It is made from lightweight OCLV Carbon, equipped with a Shimano GRX 2x12 drivetrain, offers plenty of comfort thanks to damped IsoSpeed, is based on a progressive, agile yet stable geometry, and comes with internal storage and numerous mounting options for accessories. All of this makes the Checkpoint a great gravel bike for your longest and toughest rides and your most ambitious bikepacking trips.

Trek offers you a frame made of 500 Series OCLV Carbon with damped IsoSpeed at the rear, Carbon Armor, and progressive geometry that is stable at high speeds and efficient on steep climbs. Furthermore, it comes with an internal storage compartment, hidden cables that don't interfere with your bags, and integrated mounting points on the frame and fork for bags, racks, and fenders. You also get a carbon fork, a Shimano GRX 2x12 drivetrain with small gears for steep climbs and deep gravel, as well as powerful Paradigm SL wheels. The frame even accommodates a dropper post so you can benefit from more space on descents.
