Newmen Fade Road/Gravel, Centerlock, 12x142 mm - Shimano Micro Spline

Our new FADE R hub series is an evolution of the previous Newmen road bike hubs. With the new generations of groupsets featuring larger cassettes, the loads on the freehub are increasing. We have adapted the large FADE freehub system (36t) to the higher torque levels and can therefore also approve the FADE R hubs for e-road bikes. In this system, three pawls work instead of the commonly used two ratchets. The newly designed tooth profile ensures a significantly reduced freehub noise, and the three pawls are very short and wide, which allows for a large surface area and thus gentle power transfer. The FADE R hubs are optimised for the best possible aerodynamics thanks to the smallest possible body diameter. The rear hubs are compatible with all freehub systems and integrate perfectly into the sleek design of the front hubs and rims. The lightweight FADE R hubs feature high-quality, double-sealed industrial bearings with a special lubricant that ensures a smooth run and low rolling resistance.
