With high speed through stone fields or over big jumps: Even in the toughest conditions, you don't have to worry with the Forge 30 Downhill. In terms of impact resistance and puncture safety, the new Forge 30 Strong rims have taken it up a notch compared to the convincing predecessor generation. The new Forge 30 rims use the same impact-resistant profiles as the top aluminium wheels Beskar. During the development of the new rim generation, we conducted impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 different rim profile prototypes. In addition to the well-known angled design, we have further optimised the rim horns. This makes the impact-resistant 30-millimetre rims even more resilient against pinch flats.

At the same time, the flat aluminium rim allows for low air pressures without the tyre rolling too much in corners or compressions. Together with the quiet 32-hole FADE MTB hubs, the Forge 30 DH is perfect for long bike park days. But they also handle a harder style on the E-Enduro with ease.

The 30-millimetre wide Forge 30 rims, equipped with hooks, are made of high-quality aluminium, have a pinned joint, and come with pre-installed tubeless rim tape.
