H Plus Son SL42 700c - Schwarz

The H+Son SL42 700c is the original 42 mm high rim, whose development took over a year. Like the Formation Face, the SL42 owes its stiffness and aerodynamics to the 42 mm profile height.
Both models have the same low weight, which has been reduced to approximately 615 grams (plus/minus 15 grams) by using the G609 aluminum alloy. This alloy is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminum alloy used in the production of standard rims. The SL42 features a machined sidewall for use with rim brakes.
