The Vented Jacket is the optimal companion for really hot days. Large mesh inserts ensure optimal ventilation. If it does rain or the wind becomes too uncomfortable, the separate inner jacket with Humax climate membrane ensures wind and water resistance. The outer material is made of highly abrasion-resistant Cordura, and at the shoulders and elbows over Superfabric. Stretch inserts at the hips ensure an optimal fit, 3M Scotchlite applications for optimal visibility. The short cut of the jacket makes it a true unisex model and is therefore perfectly suitable for both female and male bikers.

The built-in airbag system has a protection volume of 17-24 liters. These are evenly distributed around the entire upper body, protecting the neck, spine, chest, pelvis, coccyx, head, collarbone, and internal organs. In addition to the immense impact protection, the airbag stabilizes the entire upper body against twisting. The external Sas-Tech back protector of the Turtle Technology also ensures that point loads cannot penetrate to the body.

The activation occurs via a ripcord that is firmly connected to the vehicle and is plugged into the jacket when mounting. An unintentional activation by forgetting to release the ripcord when dismounting from the vehicle is very unlikely, as a force of 300Nm is required to activate the airbag.

By replacing the CO2 cartridge, the jacket is immediately ready for use again.

Upon activation, the system has the optimal pressure after 80-100 milliseconds to fully deploy its protective effect. This time span was determined based on years of experience by the company Helite and numerous calculations and tests to provide the optimal pressure to protect the body at the exact moment of impact. Even during the activation process, when full pressure has not yet been reached, important body parts are protected. In addition to the airbag system and the Sas-Tech back protector (CE2), the jacket has YF protectors on the shoulders and elbows (CE2), which can optionally be removed.
