Hope Thru Axle - rear - 184 - black

 

With the increasing use of UDH, it was time to manufacture rear wheel thru-axles. Initially, combinations for specific UDH-compatible frames from Santa Cruz, Specialized, Trek, and Transition are offered. 

 

• Weight reduced while maintaining optimal storage for Hope hubs
• Hex key on all rear axles in case of a disaster
• UDH and transmission compatible bolts are available separately and fit the axles
• Compatible with Trek mountain bikes

Note:

Remove the thru-axle from your bike, note the thru-axle interface, i.e., whether there is a cone/conical washer or flat/flat washer behind the head of the axle. Measure the installation length of the thru-axle and note the installation length, ensuring any washers used by the axle remain in place.

Ensure your thru-axle has an M12 x 1 mm thread. All bikes using a SRAM UDH or SRAM transmission dropout are compatible with Hope thru-axles.
