Maxxis Dissector folding tire - 29x2.60 inches WT - DualCompound TR EXO - tanwall

The Dissector - Troy Brosnan wanted to create a unicorn of tires. A tire that rolls incredibly fast, carves precisely through corners, and decelerates well when needed. The profile of the Rekon, Minion DHF, and HighRoller II was used as a starting point and designed in close collaboration with Troy during the 2018 World Cup season. The DISSECTOR is excellent as a rear tire in the trail version, as a competition tire, or in the bike park. The trail version also makes sense as a team with the DH variant on the rear wheel if you want a fast-rolling and well-gripping front tire.

In the Dual Compound mixture, two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the desired properties of the tires.
