Maxxis Velocita AR 40-622 Folding Tire - EXO TR - tanwall

Based on the Velocita tubular tire for road bikes, the developers at Maxxis have taken the well-known tread design and widened it for the Velocita AR (All-Road). The diamond tread in the center of the tire transitions into a siped tread at the edges, providing safety and stability when cornering. Riders looking for a lightweight, fast-rolling, high-volume slick tire for their gravel or do-it-all bike should opt for the Velocita AR.

In the dual compound mixture, two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the desired properties of the tires.
