The MILLE GT is the centrepiece of our Endurance collection and often the first point of contact with the world of ASSOS. It must leave a lasting impression, and it does – on every ride, every day. It has been carefully developed over the years and impresses with the legendary comfort, fit, and durability that ASSOS is known for. In this regard, the S11 generation even sets new standards. The new main fabric is lighter, more durable, and presents a deeper, richer black without sacrificing breathability. The entire structure is secured by rollBar straps – a technology borrowed from the Racing Series.

FEATURED FABRICS
The new QUARTZ fabric is a lightweight, breathable knitted fabric with permanent odorControl. The deep black colour does not turn white or become transparent when the material is stretched during normal use. Additionally, it is made up of 80% pre-consumer recycled polyamide.

Our sleek regularFit and body-hugging shape reduce seams and avoid friction for absolute comfort and easy layering.

ENGINEERING

rollBar: A patented reinforcement design that we have borrowed from the Racing Series. It stabilises the insert and keeps it in position when you shift your weight while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.

PiLtec Plug-In: The leg opening is equipped with a lightweight, ultra-breathable fabric band. The externally invisible micro-point silicone treatment stabilises the fit and provides grip in both dry and wet weather.

zeroPressure Waist: A waistband made of soft, highly elastic material that improves comfort and grip in the waist area without pinching or constricting.

GT S11 Insert

Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 12: Compressing foam layers in a 12 mm thick endurance platform. The thermoformed shaping reduces edges and irritation.

3D Waffle: A patented, perforated three-layer foam that enhances breathability and avoids unnecessary weight.

goldenGate 2.0: A suspended construction that moves with the body rather than against it. New cutouts on the side wings reduce friction when pedalling.

Sundeck Tec: An ultra-soft panel at the front of the insert that minimises bulk and avoids pressure, creating a sleek fit and improving air circulation.
