The ARO5 Race features an aerodynamic and ventilated design that significantly increases air circulation through 19 ventilation openings. The ARO5 Race is lighter than its predecessor, the ARO5, and provides the necessary edge to overtake the competition. Combined with additional technical innovations in eyewear integration, comfort, and protection, the ARO5 Race is ready to set the pace.

• Fit: The BOA 360° Fit System with an adjustable dial ensures an especially secure fit for maximum safety. The overall improved shell shape ensures that the ARO5 Race sits lower on the head and adapts more naturally to the contours of your head.
• Lightweight: The ARO5 Race is lighter thanks to a newly designed shell and other internal changes than its predecessor, the ARO5.
• Protection: The Mips® Air protection system is a low-friction protective layer integrated into the helmet that reduces rotational movements of the head: It protects against the dangerous forces that could otherwise act on the rider's head.
• Ventilation: The ARO5 Race has new openings at the front and top, significantly increasing air circulation and breathability. There are a total of 19 ventilation openings in the upper, side, and rear areas.
• Lining: The antimicrobial Ionic+™ lining is activated by sweat and provides a fresh wearing feel and good odor control.
• Eyewear Storage: The front ventilation openings offer the rider a secure way to store their glasses. The Unobtainium® eyewear stems keep the glasses in place, and recesses in the foam inside the helmet prevent the stems from injuring the wearer's head in the event of an impact. This creates a simple and intuitive storage space for the rider's glasses.
• Design: The ARO5 Race features a trademark with Iridium® coating that reflects the Prizm™ lens colors of the Oakley glasses. The color of the sticker matches the color of the helmet, in keeping with the tradition-rich glasses of Oakley.
