In addition to a longer and more relaxed geometry, the Rallon also offers a greater stand-over height for more options in frame size.

WHEN IT GETS REALLY STEEP ON THE DESCENT, YOU WANT TO LOWER YOUR SEAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Because more freedom of movement over the bike gives you more control - and more control gives you more speed. But a low saddle requires a long dropper post. The challenge is to allow a seat to be lowered deeply without affecting the insertion depth of the seat post or the geometry of the frame.
