The Slash 8 is an enduro bike that lets you blaze down the trail run after run. Its high-pivot suspension design with 170 mm of travel front and rear boosts traction on tough climbs and makes stability a priority when you hit the downhill. The mullet setup with a 29er front wheel and a 27.5” rear wheel ensures playful handling, while the Shimano XT drivetrain guarantees precise shifting in every situation.

Trek offers you a frame made of Alpha Platinum Aluminum with high-pivot suspension and idler pulley, plus frame storage compartment. Also included are a FOX Rhythm 36 fork with 170 mm of travel, Float EVOL air suspension, and GRIP damping, as well as a FOX Performance Float X shock with 170 mm of travel. Additionally, Shimano's XT drivetrain with a wide range of gears for steep climbs, a Bontrager Line dropper post, and a mullet wheel configuration with Bontrager Line Comp 30 Tubeless Ready 29er front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel, including Rapid Drive hub.

• Its high-pivot suspension offers absolute control on demanding descents, while finely tuned anti-squat values and oversized idler pulleys ensure surprisingly efficient propulsion.
• The long-travel suspension (170 mm front and rear) is more than enough for big jumps and rough rock gardens.
• The bike comes factory-equipped with a mullet wheel configuration. This means a fast-rolling 29er front wheel is combined with a stiff, agile 27.5-inch rear wheel. Alternatively, a 29-inch rear wheel can be mounted for more speed.
• Thanks to adjustable leverage ratio, bolted lower shock mount for switching to a full 29er setup, and separately available angle-adjustable headset, the Slash can be adapted to your terrain and riding style.
• The integrated storage compartment is found on every model and offers space for tools and snacks.
