The TACKY CHAN from Schwalbe sets new standards in the gravity segment – developed as the fastest downhill tyre in the world for uncompromising performance on the race track. With its fresh label design and new variants as well as sizes, it succeeds the legendary Big Betty and elevates the downhill setup to a new level.

The profile optimised for radial use with a new 2-2 arrangement of the tread blocks ensures an even more controlled ride at high speeds. The closed transition area between the centre and shoulder lugs allows for particularly smooth steering and simultaneously improves braking traction noticeably. The result: maximum stability in rough sections, precise line holding, and full control when it matters.

The TACKY CHAN has been consistently tuned for speed and control in downhill – ideal for racers and ambitious gravity pilots. At the same time, Schwalbe also focuses on sustainability here: the tyre is made with recycled carbon black (rCB) from its own tyre recycling (except Ultra Soft Compound) and thus combines high performance with responsible production.
