The Fizik Adaptive 3D-printed padding is now also available for the Aliante family, offering the perfect solution for those seeking exceptional and lasting comfort on a saddle with a wavy profile and a slightly wider platform. This saddle is designed to provide maximum support and pressure relief.

CUSTOMIZED ZONE PADDING
Thanks to the advancement of digital 3D printing, we were able to develop a new saddle without the constraints or limitations of traditional production methods and materials. The Adaptive padding is manufactured by Carbon® using their revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis™ technology. DLS is an additive manufacturing process that uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen-permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with excellent mechanical properties, high resolution, and surface quality.

LAB TESTED, ROAD PROVEN
With Carbon technology, biomechanists and engineers have an unprecedented opportunity: to design and manufacture multiple functional zones within the saddle, each individually tailored to specific mechanical properties. Each of these core functional zones is designed to provide specific padding and mechanical response, seamlessly integrated within the same padding. The result? A 60 percent reduction in peak pressure through improved weight distribution, enhancing comfort across the entire saddle surface.

ALL-DAY COMFORT
The Aliante is a saddle with a wavy profile that features a smooth, gradual transition from the wings to the nose. With a slightly wider platform to support the sit bones, it improves stability and weight distribution for all-day rides. With a focus on comfort, the newly redesigned Aliante has been developed with a flatter surface to distribute pressure more evenly and provide a balanced feel, which is particularly useful for longer endurance rides.

LESS PRESSURE = LONGER RIDES
The Aliante Adaptive 3D-printed padding is designed to provide the right support for every rider, regardless of riding position, especially for long days on the bike. The unique properties of our Adaptive technology allow us to design thicker padding with a softer central functional zone instead of a cutout, enlarging the saddle surface to better distribute pressure and improve comfort on longer rides. The Aliante R1 Adaptive saves weight thanks to the newly developed 7x9 mm carbon rail.
