CUSTOMIZED ZONAL PADDING
The evolution of digital 3D printing allows for the design of a new saddle without the limitations of traditional manufacturing methods. The Adaptive saddle padding is manufactured by Carbon® with the revolutionary DLS™ technology. The additive manufacturing process DLS uses digital UV light projection, oxygen-permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce products with excellent mechanical properties, highest precision, and top quality.
