Whether it’s an XC full-suspension bike, a road bike, city e-bike, gravel bike, or a classic folding Mifa – each of us has our own cycling passion. What drives us? We want to share that enthusiasm with you.

Bike Mailorder launched in 2000 as one of the very first online bike shops in Germany. We didn’t set out to revolutionize e-commerce – we simply wanted to live our passion and provide bike lovers across the country with high-quality, affordable bikes, parts, clothing, and accessories.

The strong demand fueled our rapid growth. Today, around 60 employees work across three locations: our Berlin office, our logistics center in Schönefeld, and our Berlin retail store NEW ØRD3R.

Since 2016, we’ve been part of hoco online GmbH and the Swiss hostettler group. This partnership has opened new doors – including the expansion of our product range to include motorcycle gear and clothing.

Whether you need a spare part, your dream bike, or want to lease a bike – we’ve got you covered. We don’t do things halfway. That’s why we only work with well-known, trusted brands like Cannondale, SRAM, Endura, and Giant.

Because in the end, there’s only one goal that matters: happy customers who have a great time on their bikes.
