The Nara from CONTEC is a suspension seat post that is 350.0 mm long. A suspension seat post primarily offers you a lot of comfort. The suspension travel absorbs shocks from cobblestones or uneven forest paths, so they are not directly transferred to the back. To relieve your back and buttocks on uneven paths, the steel spring of the CONTEC Nara dampens with its 50 mm travel.
