Ich habe vor Kurzem ein Fahrrad bei diesem Online-Händler gekauft und musste es wegen Mängeln zurückschicken. Das Fahrrad hatte ein verbogenes vorderes Schutzblech und Licht, Lackschäden und unschöne Nasen am Schutzblech hinten. Besonders besorgt hat mich, dass die Marke Creme oft Rostprobleme hat, weshalb ich das Fahrrad nicht behalten wollte.
Es ist unverständlich, dass das Fahrrad jetzt ohne Hinweis auf durchgeführte Reparaturen als „neu“ auf der Website verkauft wird. Den Preis von 440€ habe ich bereits Anfang Mai bezahlt und ich erhielt mein Geld erst nach mehr als 3 Wochen und nur auf Nachfrage zurück, was für mich völlig inakzeptabel ist.
Zusätzlich musste ich mir gezwungener Maßen für die Lieferung 4 Tage freihalten, was den gesamten Kaufprozess sehr unangenehm machte. Unzählige Anrufe und Mails blieben ohne adäquate Lösung seitens des Händlers und der Spedition. Die Erfahrungen mit der Spedition waren äußerst unangenehm und ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum weiterhin mit ihr zusammengearbeitet wird, da die Bewertungen alarmierend sind.
Ich hoffe, der Händler legt in Zukunft mehr Wert auf Transparenz und echte Problemlösungen.
