RWS stands for Ratchet Wheelmounting System, the innovative wheel mounting system from DT Swiss! Instead of the eccentric clamping principle developed for racing bikes over 80 years ago, the RWS builds up clamping force by tightening a screw connection with a lever. The lever can be placed in any desired position by lifting and turning it axially.
