BRILLIANT LCD DISPLAY
With the 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen, a new era begins on the bike. Thanks to a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, you can read all your data with razor-sharp clarity.

LONG BATTERY LIFE
Despite the LCD display, the Edge 1050 offers a battery life of up to 20 hours in GPS mode. For longer adventures, the power-saving mode offers a battery life of up to 60 hours.

COMMUNITY HAZARD POINTS
Share information about hazard points with the community and get more tips on potholes or obstacles. Hazard points are also displayed in the Edge's route planner to plan routes more safely in advance.

GROUPRIDE FUNCTIONS
With GroupRide, group rides can be easily organized. Share the route and stay in contact with all participants during the ride, receive accident notifications, compare yourself in leaderboards and conquer awards.

COMPETITION TRAINING
With training tips and daily training recommendations, you are always well prepared for your next competitions. Also, see the daily training recommendations for the whole week in the calendar of the Garmin Connect^™ App or on your Edge 1050. The recommendations are adjusted to your performance and recovery as well as the requirements of the next events.

INTEGRATED SPEAKER 
On the bike, you get voice announcements thanks to the built-in speaker - and the necessary attention with the integrated bell function.

ACCIDENT NOTIFICATION
If an accident is detected, a message with your position is sent to predefined emergency contacts. Additionally, the GroupRide function now warns you if other members of the group have an accident.

TURN-BY-TURN DIRECTIONS
Stay reliably on the right path with turn-by-turn directions and alerts, and reach your destination even on unfamiliar routes.
