DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFER
During workouts, such as strength training and HIIT sessions, you have the option to start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹. Even if you take off the smartwatch and it's out of range, the HRM-Fit secures the data. When you save the activity, the data is sent to the smartwatch.

FITNESS FEATURES
When you're not wearing your smartwatch, the HRM-Fit stores steps, calorie consumption, intensity minutes, and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect^™ app.

LONG BATTERY LIFE
