Maximum gravel fun without discomfort: For this purpose, Ergon has developed its BT Gravel handlebar tape. With a thickness of 3.5 mm and a coarse, block-like surface texture, shocks and vibrations are absorbed, the grip is perfect, and the bike remains under control even on technically demanding terrain. The special bar tape for gravel bikers reduces pressure on the hands, feels good, and always provides a secure hold. The BT Gravel can be wrapped individually thinner or thicker, with more or less grip – a wrapping aid is incorporated.

Reduces typical complaints when graveling

A deep, stretched seating position, saddle height, relatively hard cockpits, high point pressure on the sensitive nerves of the hand and wrist – this often leads to problems when graveling. Ergon handlebar tapes reduce hand complaints and nerve irritations. Their adjusted thickness and a special material structure with AirCell Foam noticeably dampen vibrations and distribute pressure on the hands better.

The water-repellent anti-slip surface (Anti-Slip Comfort Top), the lightweight foam (AirCell Foam), and the adhesive tape on the underside result in an outstanding, secure grip feel, best resilience, and optimal pressure distribution with low weight.

Built-in wrapping aid makes it easy

With the built-in wrapping aid, the handlebar tape on the gravel bike can be easily fine-tuned according to personal preference – you decide whether you want it a bit thinner or a bit thicker.

Both sides of the bar tape can form the surface. By the wrapping direction, you set your priority individually either on more grip or more freedom of movement.

2.30 meters for wider drops

The BT Gravel is longer at 2.30 meters than the other Ergon handlebar tapes. This allows handlebars to be wrapped easily, even when the drops are wider than the tops (Flare).
