With its completely new tread design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. With the side knobs of the legendary DHF, which have been widened for even better cornering grip, it has extreme cornering hold. The center knobs have beveled edges for better acceleration. Notches on the knobs improve the transition when steering into corners. Some of the center knobs have a paddle shape, they dig in during hard braking and help keep the bike under control

Dual Ply: Two fabric layers are combined and wrapped around the bead. The carcass thus has 4 layers on the sidewalls and 6 layers under the tread.
