Maxxis Rekon+ WT Tanwall Folding Tire - 27.5 x 2.80 inches - 3C MaxxTerra - EXO TR

The Maxxis Rekon is a very voluminous tire that you can use for daily tours, eagerly shred in the Wald and AllMountain, but also handles excursions into rougher terrain. Ideal for the rear wheel! The TR version with EXO sidewall protection is designed for tubeless riding with sealant, but like all TR tires, it can also be ridden with a tube.

Maxxis WT tires are optimized from a width of 2.60 for rims with an internal width of 30 mm, but do not have a WT marking on the tire sidewall.

The EXO Protection, consisting of extremely cut and abrasion-resistant material, protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight, and very flexible. This keeps the performance of the tires consistently convincingly good. 

3C Maxx Terra: The freeride version of the 3C tires from Maxxis. Significantly more grip and traction due to softer compounds, with acceptable rolling resistance, so you can still ride up the mountain well before the great descent, and long lifespan.
