TREAD DESIGN
The tread design of the Cinturato Gravel S features similar technical specifications that are also used for our best mountain bike and motocross tires for soft and loose soils: the high knobs are spaced apart for maximum grip. The central part of the tread design is designed to provide the tire with a comfortable, stable rolling behavior for sporty and fast riding on gravel sections, while the side part of the tread is designed more aggressively to offer the best possible grip even when cornering.

COMPOUND
The properties of the new SpeedGRIP compounds are tailored to all weather conditions, regardless of whether the terrain is dry or wet. The new formulation includes the same polymer matrix as the specific mountain bike SmartGRIP compound, which improves rolling performance

CARCASS TLR
By combining a reinforced carcass construction with a woven bead-to-bead layer with a tubeless aramid bead, optimized for wide, modern rims, the Cinturato™ Gravel S offers an extremely high level of puncture protection and a new level of performance in terms of rolling resistance and grip as well as high reliability - a core element of the Cinturato™ products from Pirelli.
