The tread design is optimally tailored to the requirements of XCO tracks. Ideal for artificially created technically demanding sections and natural terrain with hard gravel or loose rock. The RC was designed for racing, for riders who master their bike on technically demanding tracks and want to maximize their speed. Thanks to the SmartGRIP Compound, the XC RC is very durable and reliable.

TREAD
The tread of the Scorpion™ XC RC was developed together with XCO World Cup athletes: low and thick center knobs for best rolling efficiency, higher side knobs for cornering control. A tread design without compromise.

COMPOUND
SmartGRIP Compound is an advanced blend developed based on experiences from motorsport. The single compound solution offers consistently high grip performance on both wet and dry roads, even when the knobs start to wear out.

PROWALL
Our protective sidewall reinforcement technology for improved puncture protection and handling at low pressure. An additional layer of nylon fabric over the sidewalls of the carcass for extra protection and improved cornering stability.
