The performance of the G-ONE RS is the sum of:

The center section of the RS tire has a specially developed scale structure that gives the rider more braking traction or steering grip depending on the direction of travel - and makes the tire super fast. To get the most out of it, the G-ONE RS has different directions of travel for use on the front and rear wheels.

Compared to the G-ONE R, the RS has 20% less rolling resistance - for maximum speed, Schwalbe's developers have opted for a semi-slick version. The inspiration for the appropriate grip came from their own cross tire X ONE Speed - thus the slightly angled side blocks can be found on the tire, offering maximum grip or braking performance depending on the rolling direction.

 

SEMI SLICK WITH SPECIAL GRIP

The unique, scale-shaped center profile of the G-ONE RS has a special design aspect that gives it additional steering or braking grip depending on the direction of rotation and, of course, significantly more speed. To get the most out of the properties, the G-ONE RS has different directions of travel for use on the front and rear wheels.

For maximum speed, Schwalbe's developers have opted for a semi-slick version, so the slightly angled side blocks can be found on the tire, offering maximum grip or braking performance depending on the rolling direction.
