The SHIMANO STEPS FC-EM900 was developed for the rigors of mountain biking and is a special E-MTB crank with HOLLOWTECH II crank arms that match the appearance of the FC-MT900. It is available with crank arm lengths of 160 mm, 165 mm, 170 mm, 175 mm.

- Seamless integration through cranks specifically developed for E-MTB
- Maximum power transfer while minimizing weight through stiff and lightweight, hollow-forged crank arms
