Trek Slash 9.8 XT Lichen Green

The Slash 9.8 is a carbon enduro bike that doesn't shy away from hair-raising downhills. Its frame made of OCLV Mountain Carbon and the high-pivot suspension with 170 mm travel takes on even large obstacles with ease and excels on steep ramps and challenging climbs with brilliant traction. A 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel promise playful handling, while the strong RockShox suspension package tackles any task on the trail with ease. Rounded off with a Shimano XT drivetrain for precise gear changes.

Trek offers you a frame made of OCLV Mountain Carbon with high-pivot suspension, including frame storage compartment. 170 mm of travel front and rear thanks to RockShox ZEB Select+ fork with DebonAir suspension and Charger 3 RC2 damping, as well as RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ shock. Also, Shimano's XT drivetrain with a wide range of gears for true summit conquerors, a Bontrager Line dropper post, and a mullet wheel configuration with Bontrager Line Elite 30 Tubeless Ready 29er front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel made of carbon, including Rapid Drive hub.

• The bike comes factory-equipped with a mullet wheel configuration. This means a fast-rolling 29er front wheel is combined with a stiff, agile 27.5-inch rear wheel. Alternatively, a 29-inch rear wheel can be mounted for more speed.
• Thanks to adjustable leverage ratio, bolted lower shock mount for switching to a full 29er setup, and separately available angle-adjustable headset, the Slash can be adapted to your terrain and riding style.
