SQlab 310 3.0 Handlebar - Black

The 310 3.0 handlebar is designed for comfort-oriented mountain bikes used only on tours and in light terrain, as well as for urban and fitness bikes. The goal was to create an ergonomically optimal handlebar that, despite the strong bends, brings a new level of stability. The simple formula is that the more upright the seating position, the more bend is needed backward (backsweep) and downward (downsweep). An 18° backsweep ensures a straight transition from the forearm to the hand, relieving shoulders and neck.

Handlebar Ergonomics

With the rise, the backsweep and downsweep increase. This always results in the optimal ergonomic wrist position and maximum relaxation for the neck and shoulders when a more upright seating position is desired.

 

Rise: or the handlebar height allows for individual adjustment of the seating position.

Backsweep: ensures a straight transition from the forearm to the hand and reduces numb or tingling fingers.
