SQlab 610 Infinergy® M-D Active 2.1 Saddle

The 610 M-D Infinergy® Active is suitable for the comfort-oriented mountain biker and the sport-oriented trekking rider. The relief of the perineal area is very large at 82%. The popular saddle model 610 M-D is now also available in a variant: Made in Germany. Made from BASF Infinergy® material, it offers many advantages for every cyclist in terms of comfort, cushioning, and back-friendliness. Especially on long tours, off the road, the Infinergy® material, with its quick recovery, elevates comfort to a new level. 

The cover is not pulled over the saddle as a whole like with classic saddles. There are only "tapes" at the important spots. These are automatically connected to the Infinergy® foam without adhesive.

Thanks to the SQlab active saddle technology, the saddle follows the pedaling motion, increasing comfort, mobilizing the intervertebral discs, and minimizing pressure on the sit bones. Pain in the lumbar region, especially on longer tours, can thus be reduced. The timeless design adapts optimally to any bicycle.

M-D Line

• The M-D Line was developed for maximum relief of sensitive areas and allows for pressure distribution according to medical aspects. M-D stands for the maximized dip and, in combination with the high classic step shape, distributes body weight onto the sit bones.

Made in Germany 

• The manufacturing technology was developed a few years ago by the company Oechsler in Ansbach, a large automotive supplier, very successfully for a major sports equipment manufacturer. SQlab and Oechsler then optimized this process together for saddles. The local sourcing of SQlab "Made in Germany" products means not only that the long transport route is eliminated from an ecological perspective, but also that manufacturing is extremely efficient and subject to strict German guidelines for pollutants. Local manufacturing, quality assurance, and durability are crucial for the SQlab project.
