These inner bar ends from SQlab follow a simple formula. More comfort and less weight result in more performance, simply put. However, the benefit for you is anything but simple. The 441R allows for a comfortable and aerodynamic posture, while 40 grams keep the weight absolutely low, enabling you to ride more effectively, faster, and further. Wide handlebars are optimal for good control and handling, but they are disadvantageous for air resistance. With the steeper hand position and inner posture on the handlebar, air resistance is noticeably reduced, and when you switch from the road or wide forest path to the next trail, you can return to the normal handlebar position, and the 411R are not in the way. Perfect when you can have the choice.
