Squirt Long Lasting Dry Lube Chain Wax

 

Squirtlube is a wax/water-based dry lubricant. Squirtlube is completely free of solvents and is therefore 100% biodegradable. The problem with “oil-based” chain lubricants is that there is always a “wet” surface left behind. Dirt adheres to this and thus causes heavy contamination of the chain, cassette, and derailleur pulleys. Wear increases and extensive cleaning work becomes necessary. It's different with Squirtlube. After application and evaporation of the water (carrier fluid), a dry, grippy surface remains on which hardly any dirt adheres. The water allows Squirt time to penetrate the gaps between the chain links. With solvent-based wax lubricants, the wax dries on the chain surface. However, we need the wax where the chain moves. By “not adhering” to dirt, chain wear is reduced and the mileage increases noticeably. Thanks to Squirt, black chains and extensive cleaning sessions are a thing of the past!
