The Fizik Adaptive 3D-printed padding has expanded to the Aliante family and is the perfect choice for those seeking exceptional and long-lasting comfort on a saddle with a waved profile and a slightly wider platform. This saddle is designed to provide maximum support and pressure relief.

TAILORED ZONE PADDING
Thanks to the development of digital 3D printing, we were able to design a new saddle without the constraints or limitations that traditional production methods and materials bring. The Adaptive saddle padding is manufactured by Carbon® with their revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis™ technology. DLS is an additive manufacturing process that uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen-permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with excellent mechanical properties, high resolution, and a smooth surface.

LAB TESTED, ROAD PROVEN
With Carbon technology, biomechanists and engineers have an unprecedented opportunity: to design and manufacture multiple functional zones within the saddle, each separately tuned to specific mechanical properties. Each of these key zones is designed to provide special padding and mechanical response, seamlessly connected in the same padding. The result? A 60 percent reduction in peak pressure through improved weight distribution, enhancing comfort across the entire saddle surface.

ALL-DAY COMFORT
The Aliante is a saddle with a waved profile that features a gradual, tapering transition from the wings to the nose. With a slightly wider platform to support the sit bones, it improves stability and weight distribution for all-day rides. The redesigned Aliante has a flatter surface that distributes pressure more evenly and provides a balanced feel – particularly useful for long endurance rides.

LESS PRESSURE = LONGER RIDES
The Aliante Adaptive 3D-printed padding is designed to provide every rider with the right support, regardless of riding position, especially on long bike rides. The unique properties of our Adaptive technology allow for the design of thicker padding with a softer central functional zone instead of a cut-out, enlarging the saddle surface to better distribute pressure and improve comfort on longer rides. The Aliante R3 Adaptive combines strength and low weight through a carbon-reinforced nylon shell and a hollow Kium rail.
