Based on a frame made of 300 Series Alpha Aluminum, the Checkpoint ALR 3 is agile on bumpy gravel and smooth on smooth asphalt. The tubeless-ready wheels help minimize tire punctures on rough terrain, while the 2x9 drivetrain from Shimano and the mechanical disc brakes increase reliability and keep the price low.
