Fizik's 3D-printed Adaptive padding is now being introduced into the Argo product line for those who desire exceptional, long-lasting comfort on a versatile platform that offers both stability and balance.

3D-PRINTED PADDING
The technological possibilities of digital 3D printing have allowed us to develop a novel saddle without the limitations that traditional manufacturing processes and materials inherently bring. The Adaptive saddle padding is manufactured by Carbon using the revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis technology. DLS is an additive manufacturing process that uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen-permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce components with excellent mechanical properties, resolution, and surface quality.

CUSTOMIZED ZONAL CUSHIONING
Carbon's technology offers biomechanists and engineers unprecedented possibilities: multiple function-related zones within the saddle can be designed and manufactured, each individually tuned to specific mechanical properties. Each of these functional key zones is designed for different cushioning properties and mechanical behavior and is progressively and seamlessly integrated into the same padding. The result? A reduction in pressure peaks by 60% through improved weight distribution for more comfort across the entire saddle surface.

LAB TESTED, ROAD PROVEN
The care of the saddle is very simple. Even with stubborn dirt, dust, or mud from the trails, you only need to rinse it off with some water. Whatever gets in, comes out again. We subjected it to the most intensive tests, simulating accelerated weather exposure, UV aging, and wear resistance according to strict specifications.

ARGO FOR EVERY TERRAIN
Our most versatile saddle shape, the Argo, is suitable for a variety of bicycles and terrains. Whether on smooth asphalt or technical terrain - the Argo helps the rider achieve a better seating position, providing more stability and better weight distribution. Additionally, the shorter drop-nose design offers excellent support when adopting a performance-oriented, aerodynamic riding position.

DESIGN, TEST, RIDE
To develop the ideal Adaptive comfort zones, we studied the various riding positions and pressure points of both professional cyclists and hobbyists, in the Fizik labs as well as out on the roads, gravel paths, and trails. In each development phase, new variants were carefully tested, focusing on understanding how pressure behavior changes depending on bike geometry, seating position, and terrain type.

COMPLETELY MADE OF CARBON
The 00 Series is the lightest variant in our Argo range. It features a 3D-printed padding with a flatter profile, combined with an incredibly stiff shell and rails made of high-modulus carbon fibers, designed for maximum power transfer without compromising comfort.
