Description

With the Dual Compound compound, two different rubber compounds are combined into one tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the desired characteristics of the tires.
Silkworm is a protective layer developed by Maxxis that sits under the tread and protects the tire from punctures, cracks and other carcass injuries.
