Description
Schwalbe offers you the first Tread Cutter especially for MTB tires! Sharp cuts for fine tuning. The pliers with an exact adjustment function of the profile height allows you to precisely shorten your tire lugs. Made in collaboration with Unior Tools!
Why you should not do without this unique tool? Michael Kull from Schwalbe Marketing and Race Support tells you:
"We do have some very good tools, but we don't want to be without them.
"While we have a suitable tread for almost every application, sometimes the ground conditions are not entirely clear. With the Tread Cutter, riders can more optimally adjust the tire tread to the situation at hand." For example, on the Dirty Dan mud tire, shorten the massive lugs in the middle for easier rolling. Or, as with the Hans Dampf, cut back the lugs in the shoulder area to create more clearance and make the tread more aggressive. Cleats that have ridden "round" get a straight edge again.
