Description
The Primal is one of the most versatile hardtail bikes from Dartmoor, because from freeride to trail tour everything is possible with it. The Dartmoor Primal Evo 29 comes with 29 inch wheels, 140 mm travel and a select, solid set of features. The Primal Evo 29's aluminium frame offers a modern, progressive geometry that makes the hardtail agile and playful. This tempts you to play on the trails, take every jump and even pump track sessions are a lot of fun with the Primal. The flat 66° steering angle, longer reach and 29" wheels bring smoothness and control for high speed downhill runs and rough enduro trails, but also good rolling characteristics for long tours. The 140 mm travel of the reliable X-Fusion suspension fork with air spring also manages rough hits. The possibility to install suspension travel from 130 to 160 mm in the Primal makes it even more versatile and tunable to your own preferences as well as needs.
The Shimano Deore 11-speed gearing with wide ratio thanks to 11-51 cassette is ideal for day tours, even steep climbs are almost effortless with it. The Shimano MT-410 brakes with 180 mm brake discs work reliably in any situation. The 780 mm wide Dartmoor handlebar, tubeless capable Dartmoor rims and 2.4" wide WTB tires complete the Dartmoor Primal Evo 29. The shift cable has been nicely integrated. The primarily externally routed cables and the bolted BSA bottom bracket make maintenance easy. There's room for a bottle cage in the frame.
