Description
The VACUUM handlebar base flex offers an ingeniously simple solution for anyone who wants to keep a safe and reliable eye on their smartphone while riding their bike. Thanks to the combination of magnetic force and negative pressure, the device is always firmly attached to the handlebar, but can still be easily operated, detached and reattached with just one hand.
The smartphone holder can be mounted in just a few simple steps and without the use of any tools. This allows the smartphone to be flexibly attached to different handlebars. The FIDLOCK VACUUM handlebar base flex is therefore particularly suitable for scooters and baby carriages in addition to mounting on bicycles.
The phone can be easily connected to the mount via the magnetic guide and holds the smartphone reliably on the base. Under high loads, the hold is additionally secured by the force of the suction cup through a vacuum. The centering of the smartphone is ensured by the magnetic force - so that the suction force is always effective. The smartphone is released by simply operating a lever on the side of the handlebar mount.
Thanks to the ingeniously simple combination of magnetic force and negative pressure, the smartphone can be operated with one hand and rotated 360°, while a ball catch prevents it from turning while riding.
In addition to the handlebar mount, the magnetic smartphone holder requires a counterpart into which the appropriate magnet is incorporated. This is possible, for example, with a special, ultra-thin smartphone case, a universal adhesive patch with an embedded geometry or a universal waterproof case for the smartphone.
