The HRM-Fit™ chest strap is specially designed for women. It can be easily attached to a sports bra with medium or strong support and provides precise heart rate data. Running efficiency values are also recorded to help you improve your form.

The specially developed clip-on design attaches easily and comfortably to sports bras with medium to strong support, so you can move freely and go all out. The HRM-Fit stays firmly by your side.
CONNECTIVITY
The HRM-Fit transmits precise, real-time heart rate and performance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatch, Edge® bike computer, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx Training™ app and other apps.
RUNNING DYNAMICS
When paired with your compatible Garmin smartwatch1 the HRM-Fit™ records running efficiency data such as vertical movement, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more to help you improve your form.
TRAINING DIVERSITY
Exercise the way you want to. This chest strap provides a high level of comfort and precise heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and much more.
INDOOR RUNNING
When running on the indoor track or treadmill, the HRM-Fit sends pace and distance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatch1, so you get all the data you need, no matter where you train.
DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
During workouts, such as strength training and HIIT workouts, you have the option to start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch1. Even if you take off the smartwatch and it is not within reach, the HRM-Fit will save the data. If you then save the activity, the data is sent to the smartwatch.
FITNESS FUNCTIONS
When you're not wearing your smartwatch, the HRM-Fit stores your steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect™ app.
LONG BATTERY LIFE
The battery of the HRM-Fit™ heart rate chest strap lasts up to 1 year. So you don't have to worry about recharging it.
