Knit Comfort Meets Durability The Republic™ R Knit is a step up in comfort and style thanks to Giro's new Xnetic™ Knit upper. The Xnetic™ Knit upper is designed to provide the comfort you love with the structure you need to get the most out of you. The material is DWR treated for water repellency and easy cleaning. Since these shoes are meant for riding and running, they have a rubber toe bumper and bonded TPU heel area to increase durability abrasion resistance. The innovative molded nylon and rubber outsole also improves durability and traction compared to traditional cycling shoes, for stable grip on roads, sidewalks and gravel when you're without your bike.
