TRP Spyre SLC
Description
This weight-optimized version of the Spyre is partly made of carbon and shines with a particularly noble look. As with the standard Spyre, both pads are activated and provide precise braking power and even wear of the pads. For tool-free adjustment or readjustment of the pads, a simple set screw is sufficient. Compact dimensions, light weight and compatibility with all standard mechanical road brake levers on the market round off the Spyre.
- Brake piston: 2 (activation on both sides)
- Compatible with all standard mechanical road brake levers (use of compression-free sleeves, e.g. from Jagwire, is recommended)
- Includes powerful, semi-metallic TRP pads (optimal performance in dry conditions, faster wear in wet and dirty conditions)
- Brake mounting: Postmount (IS via adapter) / Flat Mount
- Also compatible with Shimano M525/515 pads
- Material: aluminium, movable lever made of carbon
- Brake disc: 140 mm or 160 mm (front 160 mm recommended)
- Discs and adapters sold separately
- Weight (according to manufacturer's specification): 146 g each.
- Please note: All flat mount brakes require the adapter to mount on the fork.

"Sehr gute Bremse"
Bremskraft ist vergleichbar mit hydraulischen Bremsen, ebenso die Fingerkraft am Hebel. Etwas weniger bissig als die hydraulischen Bremsen, dafür aber einfacher zu installieren und auszurichten.
